-How long  andronik hair extensions last?

 Read the HAIR CARE TIPS, carefully.

It depends on your maintenance. Use a good quality shampoo and conditioner.  Because it is 100% Remy human hair of premium quality , it has to be well treated. However, it can take up to 1 year.

 

-Can the hair can be colored ?

Yes. Seek a professional to color your Andronik Hair Extensions.

 

-Can the hair can be lighted?

Yes. Seek a professional to light, highlight or balayage.

 

-In which color comes Andronik Hair extensions?

 Please see the chart of color. It is the reason, we recommend a professional colorist if you want to change the hair color.

 

-How many ounces comes each bundles?

 All each  bundles comes from 4 to 4.3 ounces.

 

-How long the hair comes?

Our hair can takes 7 to 10 business days to deliver(Monday to Friday).

 

Is there any refund?

No there are any refund after the delay of 48 hours after your purchase.

 

-Is there any return and Why?

No. Because of hygienic reason there is no refund.

 

-Is there any exchange?

Remember all andronik hair extensions are inspected before we ship to you.

  In order to exchange, we ask you to send back your hair, immediately. The shipping cost will be PAY BY YOU. Then, it will be inspected for quality purposes. If it is colored, tampered, combed, etc. (NOT originally the same way it was shipped to you) there will be No exchange.

 The hair extensions  has to be the same way it was shipped to you in order to be inspected. Otherwise,  the package will be shipped right to you and the shipping cost  will be to your own cost. It Is the principal reason we sent a CONFIRMATION email  after your purchase.

 

-How do you get rid of the strong smell the extensions have straight from the package?

 

For hygienic reason , we have to put treatment in order  to make Andronik Hair extensions clean, soft and silky.

It is human hair. The coloration, packaging can be another reason of the smell because the air doesn’t come in during the shipping process.

 

Don’t forget the odor is NOT permanent. So, we recommend you to use your favorite shampoo and conditioner in order to get rid of the smell.
